I'm a physiotherapist and C-section mum of 2 beautiful babies, James and Hannah. After my second baby, Hannah, was born, at my 6-week post-natal check-up my scar was still very swollen. It was incredibly sensitive and itchy on one side and quite numb on the other side.
It felt really tight and my movements were restricted causing some deep pelvic pain and lower back pain. The tight scar tissue was also causing a significant C-section overhang.Â
I realised that I had not been given any advice on how to recover from my C-section and how to manage these problems. This is where C-section Hub began, a place for C-section Mums to get all the information they need to safely recover from their C-sections.

I'm a Physiotherapist since 2007 from Australia. I have a passion for helping people succeed and I chose to do this in 2 areas of Physiotherapy; Womenâs health and in Sport.
I love helping women move from a place of doubting themselves and frustration to empowerment and confidence. I love educating women in a fund and different way on their choices in pregnancy, labour and recovery.Â
Personally I believe life is here to be fully lived, tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone. I bring this attitude of anything is possible to my work and my daily life.Â
I founded Perfect Pelvic Floor online in 2015 and I love bringing pelvic floor education and exercises to life for women in an effective way to get results. My skill is in teaching women how to connect to their bodies and their pelvic floor hence making the activation and control of their muscles much easier..Â
